Although the Real Estate business does indeed slow down slightly, it is still a very good time to Buy and or Sell. As of Today we have 22,082 Active Listings, now according to our supply and demand that is relatively LOW!!! Looking into our SOLD statistics we are selling approximately 1,000 + more homes then this time last year. All of this is good news. I am here to let you know that it is so very imperative to have a highly educated, well versed and aggressive agent when it comes to your best interest (especially pertaining to negotiation)!
